I have spent my whole life in east Texas and I could not imagine living anywhere else. I also can’t imagine being anything but a realtor. I was raised in Longview, TX. and this is where I still work, live and play today. I just love my life here. It has been the perfect place to live, raise our family and watch the world speed slowly by.

Hi, my name is Suzanne Nutt and real estate has always been a part of my life. Growing up, both of my parents were realtors and they owned their own brokerage firm. As a proud 2nd generation realtor, I hope to honor my parents noble work ethic and success through my own honesty and dedication, serving as a celebration of their legacy.

I have happily spent the last 19 years with Coldwell Banker Lenhart Properties in Longview and I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the Greater Tyler Association of Realtors and the Longview Area Association of Realtors.

My certifications include: Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Home Smart Certification (HSC) and Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS). I am a multi award winning agent and I often attain Top Producer ranking.

Covering a rather large section of east Texas, I am a local expert with an international reach. From the first in person or virtual showing through to the closing table, I use cutting edge technology and forward thinking marketing strategies when my clients are buying, selling or investing. I have innovative staging tips for sellers and the best local dog park recommendations if you are buying. I cater to many repeat, long term and personal referrals and I am thrilled to call many of my clients some of my dearest friends.

My wonderful husband of 34 years is an industry appraiser. We have 4 grown children, all of whom are graduates of the Texas A&M University system. Our little family is growing and we enjoy spending time with our first grandchild and 4 grand dogs every chance we get. We are avid animal lovers and advocates and our 3 rescue dogs and 2 cats are priceless treasures in our home. We are active in our Church and I also serve on the board of a local community college scholarship committee.
